What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday – Thursday 9 AM – 5 PM.

Can I order photos after picture day?

If ordering after picture day, please call our studio to confirm that your child was photographed. You may be subject to a $5 shipping fee if orders have been delivered.

I have already ordered, but would like to order additional prints. Can I order more?

Yes, you can order additional prints either online or via phone. If ordering online, you have the option to pick them up at our studio or pay a shipping fee of $5.

I want to order photos from past years. What steps do I take?

We hold onto photos for a few years. Before placing an order, please call our studio to confirm availability.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a money back guarantee with the return of your photos. The exception is for digital downloads, which are nonrefundable.
